This box opens into a 15L storage bin and folds down to a flat 9 cm panel. That is the whole trick, and it works better in real life than it sounds. We keep one for picnics, one in the car trunk, and a third in the hallway closet with camping gear in it.
The frame is food-grade PP and TPR over a steel core, so it is safe around food and stiff enough to carry a full load. It weighs 1.42 kg, which means you can pick it up with one hand even when it is full of drinks. REACH-compliant, BPA-free, and fine from -20°C to 140°C.
