This is the prep box that replaces the cutting board, the wash basin, the colander and the storage bin sitting on your counter. Open it up and you get a 51.2 x 41.1 cm work surface with a 16L deep basin; press it down when you are done and it becomes a flat 4.5 cm slab that slides into a drawer gap or hangs on a wall hook.

The body is food-grade PP with a TPR basin, so it is fine for direct food contact, rated from -20°C to 120°C, and will not hold onto smells in the fridge. It weighs 1.42 kg and comes in orange or black. Small kitchen, camper van or picnic bag - it earns its spot in all three.
